Important Notice: By opening an account on the aj99 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the aj99 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "user").

1.1 Key Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the aj99 website (aj99.lat), its applications, and all associated services.
  • "User" refers to any person who accesses the platform, whether registered or not.
  • "Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration on the platform.
  • "Betting" refers to any form of wagering or gaming activity conducted on the platform.
  • "Funds" refers to the amount of money deposited into your account.

1.2 Applicability

These terms apply to all services on the aj99 platform, including slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and all other game categories. Any new service launched will automatically be governed by these terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on the aj99 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • Only one account may be opened per person.
  • You must keep your account password confidential and must not share it with any third party.
  • Any changes to the information provided on your account must be updated immediately.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You will be personally liable for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Warning: Operating an account on behalf of someone else or using another person's funds is a serious violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

aj99 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds at any time. Documents such as a copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested. If verification is not completed within the specified time, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawals.

3 Age Verification and Protection of Minors

The aj99 platform is intended solely for those aged 21 (twenty-one) or above. Keeping minors away from gaming is one of our primary responsibilities.

  • Providing a false age during registration is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure.
  • If irregularities are found during age verification, we reserve the right to forfeit all winnings in the account.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that no minor in your household is able to access your account.
  • We encourage the use of parental control tools.
Please note: "For ages 21 and above only" — this is not just a legal obligation, it is also our ethical responsibility.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Depositing Funds

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the aj99 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

  • Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
  • For any deposit issues, contact us immediately via live chat.
  • Deposits made using a third-party account or a card in someone else's name are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawing Funds

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a request is successfully processed, funds generally reach your account within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may not be possible before the wagering requirements on a bonus have been met.
  • For unusual or suspicious transactions, we may take additional time for verification.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

aj99 offers a 200% welcome bonus for first-time depositors, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳2,000 as a bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses require a 25x (twenty-five times) wagering requirement. That means you must wager a total of 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to claim a bonus.
  • Bonus funds received from one bonus offer cannot be used to claim another bonus.
  • aj99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • In cases of bonus fraud or misconduct, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled once they expire.
Special Note: VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit — Bronze members get up to 0.3%, Silver members get up to 0.7%, and Gold members get up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All betting activities on the aj99 platform are governed by these terms and each game's own rules. In the event of any dispute over a betting decision, our rules will be considered final.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If any bet is processed due to a technical error on the platform, aj99 reserves the right to void that bet.
  • We reserve the right to amend odds set on the basis of incorrect information about the outcome of an event.
  • Betting limits are set and subject to change — they may be updated at any time.

6.2 Cricket Betting

For all international cricket events including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, the official result will be considered final. If a match is cancelled for a designated reason, all bets on that match may be declared void.

6.3 Live Gaming

For live casino games, the dealer's decision and the live stream result are final. In the event of a connectivity issue, the result will be determined according to server records.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aj99 platform:

7.1 Identity-Related

  • Providing false or incorrect personal information.
  • Creating an account using another person's identity.
  • Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting").

7.2 Financial Misconduct

  • Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  • Misusing bonuses or exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Conducting fraudulent or deceptive transactions.

7.3 Technical Misconduct

  • Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, funds may be forfeited, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8 Account Closure or Suspension

8.1 Closure at User Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. As part of responsible gaming, we also offer a self-exclusion facility.

8.2 Closure at aj99's Discretion

aj99 reserves the right to close or suspend an account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms.
  • Fraudulent or dishonest activity.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

8.3 Funds After Closure

If an account is closed without any violation, the remaining valid funds will be returned after the designated process is completed. However, if the account is closed due to a violation, the funds may be forfeited.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

In brief, your personal information will:

  • Be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

The aj99 platform operates with the goal of maximum availability; however, occasional temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server issues, or other reasons. aj99 is not liable for any loss arising from such disruptions.

10.2 Third-Party Services

Software from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and other providers is used to operate the games. Our liability is limited in the event of any loss caused by issues on their platforms.

10.3 Gaming Risk

Online gaming and betting carry financial risk. You are voluntarily accepting this risk and all betting decisions are your own. aj99 is not responsible for your gaming losses.
